Out of Town!
Next weekend I'm going to be a bridesmaid in one of my best friends' weddings!
I'll be leaving early tomorrow morning (May 22nd) and won't be back till June 1st.
So just a heads up for everyone:
While I will have my laptop with me and will still be working on any current projects, turn around for any new projects will be a little longer than usual (3-5 days).
Thanks!
Sarah

Dinner Menu and Table Numbers for Rebecca and Jason's Wedding
Dawn, of Distinctive Occasions event planning, contacted me again this weekend. She was looking for a little graphic design assistance while she put the finishing touches on all the last minute details for Rebecca and Jason's wedding this coming weekend.
Dawn requested a dinner menu card design and table number design that coordinated with the custom monograms I created for Rebecca and Jason.
Here is what the monogram looks like:
And the coordinating dinner menu design:
Rebecca and Jason met on a plane, and are using the phrase "love is in the air" throughout their wedding stationery. They continued this theme in their table numbers, which were named Gate A1, Gate A2, and so on.
And here is the table number design:
Thanks again, Dawn! And congrats in advance to Rebecca and Jason, who are tying the knot this coming weekend!

Custom Wedding Invitation Design for Kathy and Christopher
Kathy contacted me through Belletristics on etsy hoping that I would be able to design an invitation for her wedding that would have "an elegant, modern look, but also incorporate a celtic under-tone". She mentioned she'd like to include a Celtic love knot and the phrase "we're tying the knot!".
After sending her a few different options to choose from, she picked her favorite, and I got to work on the rest of the invitation inserts.
Kathy also ordered a custom monogram that coordinated with her invitation suite to use on the front of her pocket-fold style invite.
Outside view of the pocket fold invitation:
Kathy will be printing her invites on "pearl" paper, so I created a proof using a scan of metallic pearl paper so that she could get a feel of what the invitation will look like when it's printed and put together. I can do this for all custom invite designs, so just let me know if you're interested!
And here's how the inside of the pocket fold will look!

Jessica contacted me to design a custom invitation for her August wedding.
She requested that I create a design that would include "a vintage lace like pattern without looking too fussy".
And this is the invitation design we came up with! I love the gray and white on lavender, it's such a beautiful color combination!
