Freebie Friday: "Thank You" Printable Favor Box Template

This week's free printable template is a favor box design that coordinates with the Truly suite!{download the truly favor box template pdf}
To use:
1. Download the favor box template.
2. Print on 8-1/2" x 11" card stock.
3. Score on dashed fold lines using a bone folder (or butter knife) and ruler.
4. Cut along solid outer border with scissors or exacto knife and ruler.
5. Fold back on dashed lines to form your favor box. For a sturdier box, use adhesive or double sided tape on side flap.
